What is the Sustainability Fair?
Join us for Milwaukie’s incredible yearly fair celebrating all things Sustainable. This is a free, family friendly event that brings the community together to explore practical ways to live more sustainably and build resilience. Neighbors come together to share ideas, connect with local organizations, and discover everyday solutions for reducing, reusing, and recycling.
Through interactive booths, hands-on demonstrations, and youth-friendly activities, the fair strengthens the relationships that help our neighborhoods thrive together.
The Sustainability Fair is a Zero Waste event. We endeavor to thoughtfully reduce, recycle, compost & even eliminate waste generated as a result from this event. The more we can divert from landfills the better! Not only have we selected sustainable vendors, we will also have knowledgeable sustainability champions on site to help people learn more about what they can do at home and within the community to be more sustainable and resilient.
Our Team
This incredible event started by Pam & Terri 5+ years ago is only possible through the hard working, dedicated & passionate volunteers. These are just SOME of the talented humans involved in coordinating the fair.

Hosted in beautiful Milwaukie.

Located along the Willamette River just 15 minutes southeast of Portland, Milwaukie is home to over 20,000 people, yet somehow still feels like a quaint town. Known as Dogwood City & home of the Bing Cherry!
Milwaukie was officially declared a Bee City & through the efforts of our local branch of Pollinator Pathways, many of the green spaces lining our sidewalks in downtown have been replaced with native, pollinator friendly plants.
